Our Policies

We ask that you send us an email stating what you want to exchange/return before sending the package.

Merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of the day you receive your package. For items received after this time period, we will deny the return. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with tags attached. We do not refund shipping charges. Once we have received your package, your store credit will be processed to your account within 10 days and you will get a confirmation email from us stating that the credit was applied to your account.

Due to low quantities with our merchandise, exchanges simply can not happen unless we do have the item in the size available at that time. Please state in your return package the size you wish to exchange your item for and we will email you within 3 days to let you know if we have it in stock or not.

You may NOT return:
*SALE/CLEARANCE items, cosmetics, JEWELRY, lingerie, sunglasses, scarves, belts and gift certificates.*

Trouble with your order?
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise or the wrong item, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
